Scholars begin the day by asking questions about the world around them. Through Socratic dialogue and guided discussion, they explore ideas in literature, history, science, and philosophy. Neurodivergent kids are natural questioners. Most schools treat that as a problem.

Every morning begins with a question that has no easy answer — and scholars lead the way.
Next, scholars engage in personalized hands-on learning to strengthen essential skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and reasoning through focused practice and mentorship. Scholars progress at their own pace while building confidence and mastery.
In the afternoon, scholars investigate ideas through projects, experiments, creative work, such as art and music, along with real-world problem solving. Concepts move beyond the page as scholars build, create, and discover through project-based education.
Aristotle’s Garden is proud to be a microschool that accepts TEFA (Texas Education Funding Assistance). Families who qualify may utilize state-provided education funds to cover a significant portion—or potentially all—of tuition for our personalized learning programs. We are happy to guide you through this process during enrollment, ensuring you understand how our project-based education and Socratic dialogue methods can benefit your child in this private school setting.
To preserve the quality of the learning experience in our microschool, enrollment is capped at 12 students total. This ensures personalized learning for every scholar, fostering strong relationships and community while allowing for customized academic pathways through project-based education and Socratic dialogue.

Hi, I'm Wendy. I'm an experienced educator with a Bachelor Degree in Child Development and a Master Degree in Global & Urban Leadership. After years of teaching in traditional classrooms, I began to notice a growing gap between how children naturally learn and how modern schools, including many private schools, often teach. Too often, curiosity was replaced by compliance, and meaningful conversation was replaced by worksheets and test preparation.
I created Aristotle’s Garden, a micro-school, to offer something different that emphasizes personalized learning.
I believe education should not simply prepare students for tests—but for life. My goal is to cultivate confident thinkers, strong communicators, and capable problem-solvers through hands-on, and project-based education.
Through small group learning, Socratic dialogue, and intentional mentorship, I work closely with each scholar to ensure they are both challenged and supported as they grow.
Because every child deserves to be seen, heard, and inspired.
